Mark Lane

Mark joined DBMH in Autumn 2021, having spent 3 years working in the Program Management function at Sage Financial Software. Since moving into consulting, he has been an immensely important contributor to the practice, and he has led on a number of Transformation and Data Migration programs.

Mark is a program management expert and leader with vast experience across Private Equity led organisations in the Finance and Energy sectors. A business consultant who thrives on getting to the heart of a client’s problem, with them every step of the way to unlock what’s really happening in their business.

Mark understands the evolving nature of changing client expectations stimulated by new technologies – he is passionate to help clients create lasting value – aligning people and processes to new strategies. Mark uses both his process excellence and relationship building skills to help deliver sustainable change for clients.

When not delivering programs, Mark loves spending his time with friends and family in the outdoors and can often be found trying out local lunch spots. Mark is a keen traveler with a number of destinations on the bucket list. Mark enjoys keeping active and recently took up Golf.
