Mark is a senior leader with proven experience of creating, implementing and delivering successful commercial strategies across multiple industries and sectors.

He has led large scale Sales, M&A, Data, Technical and Operational transformation programmes and has a track record of significant commercial and operational success in front line leadership roles across engineering, ground transport, manufacturing and Finance / Technology (FinTech) sectors.

 

He has successfully run international functions and led diverse teams through complex change and transformation, so understands how to apply the right approaches and tools.  Mark's goal is always to lead the business to work in harmony and succeed as a team.

His problem-solving approach is data led and utilises sophisticated methodologies learnt in frontline engineering operations.  As a result, he is able to distil complex business issues down to root cause, then build out practical solutions to rapidly turnaround and transform performance to deliver the outcomes required.

 

His success is based on listening hard, asking good questions, establishing long lasting professional relationship and operating with integrity.  Of course, hard work, commitment and determination to deliver excellent results also plays a big part.

 

When not working, you can normally find him in the hills running, skiing or mountain biking.  And if the weather is too bad for the outdoors, he’ll likely be in the kitchen cooking up something hearty!
